Lisa began as principal of our Grades 4K to Grade 8 school on July 1, 2017, and she is energized by leading our Catholic school in spiritual growth and academic excellence. Lisa holds a master's degree in educational leadership from Cardinal Stritch University, and grew up attending Catholic schools. She was a teacher for many years at St. Lucy Catholic School in Racine. Prior to becoming our principal, Lisa worked as a full-time instructional coach and mentor in the Racine Unified School District.
"My leadership philosophy is 'pursuing a common vision and goals by building the capacity of others to lead.' My hope is to collaborate with the St. Leonard’s teaching staff and community to continue to build the capacity of teaching and learning so we can offer the best educational opportunities possible for our students."
For fun, Lisa enjoys playing flute and piano, cooking, travel and family time.
