The Eucharist

Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day. (John 6:54)

The National Eucharistic Revival

The National Eucharistic Revival is a movement to restore understanding and devotion to this great mystery here in the United States by helping us renew our worship of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. The Eucharistic Revival spans over three years, and the year of parish revival takes place from June 11, 2023-July 17, 2024. We will review our theology of the Eucharist, and looking at our Eucharistic identity anew. Learn more here.

Reintroducing the Common Cup

Starting with the Feast of Corpus Christi- the weekend of June 10-11, 2023- St. Leonard returned to distributing the Precious Blood of Christ under the form of the consecrated wine during Holy Communion. We're starting with only two stations, and expanding as we see the need. Check out our resources below to help you prepare to recieve Holy Communion reverently.

Are you called to be a Eucharistic Minister?

To reintroduce the cup, we will need additional Eucharistic Ministers.
