Submit an alcohol acknowledgement form for each date that alcohol will be served.

Once you have received a returned copy of your verified request, check the Parish Calendar to make sure it is listed correctly.

To promote your event in the bulletin (if applicable), contact Samantha at least 10 days prior to the Sunday you would like it to appear. Email here. See our promotion page for other opportunities and policies.

Keys

If applicable, arrange to check out keys with one of our Administrative Assistants in the Parish Office a day or two prior to your event.
