Parish Tithing Initiative

The purpose of this form is to collect information about organizations to whom St. Leonard is considering awarding Tithing Program monies. Completion of this form is required to receive an award from the program. We review requests during our Parish Council meetings which occur 8-10 times per year. There will be a delay in receiving a response. Thank you for your patience. 

About the Parish Tithing Initiative

We make donations to non-profit organizations to increase our outreach in new ways and to live our faith and mission. Past organizations that have benefitted from the initiative include Family Promise of Waukesha, Ground Zero Veterans Outreach, Milwaukee Street Angels, various natural disaster relief efforts and more.
