Ms. Kelsey Podany - Grade 4

My name is Miss Kelsey Podany, and I am very excited to be joining the team at St. Leonard School.

During the summer, I still work with the Mukwonago School District, teaching a 1st grade summer prep class. When I am not teaching, I enjoy volunteering with Girl Scouts. I am a Co-Leader for my St. Peter’s Troop and a Co-Director for our local summer day camp.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Middle Childhood through Early Adolescence Education (Grades 1-8 emphasis) with minors in natural science and social studies. Teaching has always been a passion for me. I have a love for learning and I would hope that my students would foster a love for learning as well. My goal is to create a classroom environment where all students feel welcomed, accepted, and can reach their highest potential.

I am blessed to join such a strong faith-filled community. I believe in helping to develop each child’s character as they walk through their journey with Christ.
