Father Dan, pastor of St. Leonard since 2012, serves the spiritual and pastoral needs of our community: celebrating the sacraments, teaching the faith, and overseeing the administration of our parish and school. "St. Leonard is truly a family. I love the friendliness and commitment of our parishioners in generously building up our community as we journey together on the path of being disciples of Jesus."
Father Dan attended grade school at Holy Apostles in New Berlin and high school at Catholic Memorial in Waukesha. He then attended Marquette University, where he double majored in accounting and theology. While working for two years in public accounting, Father Dan discerned a call to the priesthood and then attended St. Francis de Sales Seminary in Milwaukee.
Father Dan has an older brother and a younger sister. They are both married, and he has three nephews and one niece. "They live nearby and I love being an uncle!" Father's favorite hobbies are biking, running (especially our Turkey Trot!), reading, and golf.
